UAE-based company signed on to fit-out 2 theatres on world's largest university campus, as well as a royal palace, hotel suites and a royal cluster of villas.
Greenline Interiors (GLI), a part of the Greenline Group, strengthens its presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 4 projects in the GCC region's largest market. With the planned opening of Greenline Interior's first office in Riyadh in the near future, the UAE-based company is set to firmly establish a foothold in the Saudi market.

GLI was responsible for the fit-out of 2 large theatres at the newly built Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, which also happens to be the world's largest campus covering an area of over 8 million square meters. The first theatre has already been delivered and hosted the inauguration ceremony of the university on the 15th of May 2011, during which H.R.H. King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz announced the opening of the largest women-only university campus in the world.
Greenline Interiors also acquired the contracts to fit-out 4 of Yamama Family Villas, the prestigious royal cluster of villas facing the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh. Also in Riyadh GLI was awarded the fit-out works contract of the royal family's Rawda Palace.
In the hotel market GLI signed a contract to fulfil the execution of the fit-out works of the 23000-square-meter King Abdullah International Conference Hotel II.The contract includes work on the presidential and junior suites.
